We understand that plans can change. Because Mavericks Havens handles villas, condo residences, yacht days, and airport transfers, cancellation terms are confirmed with the host or supplier for each booking.
Stays
Villa and condo cancellation terms are included in the final host confirmation. Condo arrangements may carry building or stay-structure requirements.
Yachts & Transfers
Service terms depend on the supplier, date, weather, pickup timing, and vessel or vehicle selected. The confirmed terms are shared with your booking details.
Before Your Booking Is Accepted
Sending a request does not start a cancellation clock. Your terms begin only once the host has confirmed the reservation details and you have completed the approved booking step.
