The Standard of Care

Mavericks Havens properties are curated residences. We ask that guests treat these spaces with the same respect they would their own home. Our policies are designed to maintain the serenity and quality of the environment for all current and future guests.

House Rules

Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside all properties. Designated outdoor areas may be used.
Occupancy: Total guest count must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in your reservation.
Events: Commercial photography or large gatherings require prior written authorization.
Building Rules: Condo residences may carry building-specific rules that are confirmed before the booking is accepted.

Check-in & Departure

Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM. Departure is by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures are request-only, subject to the host calendar and housekeeping schedule.

Host-Confirmed Reservations

Sending dates starts the reservation conversation. Mavericks Havens confirms availability, stay terms, service details, and any supplier rules before your booking is accepted.
