Terms of Stay
1. Nature of the Agreement
Mavericks Havens provides host-confirmed accommodation requests and hospitality services in Thailand. By reserving a stay, you agree to these terms, the property-specific house rules, and the final confirmation details sent before payment.
2. Reservation & Payment
Website requests are not confirmed reservations. A reservation is accepted only after the host confirms availability and terms, then the guest completes the approved payment path. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified.
3. Services
Transfers, yacht charters, dining, and other concierge services are request-based until supplier availability, timing, inclusions, and cancellation terms are confirmed. Mavericks Havens will not represent disconnected calendar, payment, or supplier data as live.
4. Liability
Guests stay at their own risk. Mavericks Havens and its property owners are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guest property during the stay. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all guests.
5. Property Damage
Guests are responsible for damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Any security deposit, damage process, or replacement charge will be stated in the final confirmation terms.
