What is included in the nightly rate?
Nightly rates include the amenities shown on the selected property page. Complimentary cleaning is coordinated twice weekly for stays of 7+ nights and is not added as a separate checkout fee.
Do the villas have private pools?
The published villa collection currently includes a private-pool stay. Always check the property page for the exact pool, bedroom, parking, and house-rule details before requesting dates.
Are condo building amenities available?
Pool, gym, lounge, and building access depend on the selected condo and current building rules. The host confirms the exact access details before the booking is accepted.
Ocean & Air
How do airport transfers work?
Send your flight number, pickup, dropoff, date, time, passengers, luggage, and vehicle choice. The host confirms the driver plan before the booking is accepted.
Can we customize the yacht itinerary?
Yes. Yacht days are handled as requests first, then the host confirms vessel availability, route, guest count, food and drink notes, pickup timing, and any weather-related constraints.
Reservations
Is availability accurate?
Every request is checked against the host calendar before the booking is accepted. If a date is already held, the concierge will suggest the closest available stay or service window.
What is the payment process?
Share your preferred dates first. Once the host confirms availability and terms, Mavericks sends the secure payment step for that specific booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are confirmed with each booking because stays, condo arrangements, yacht days, and transfers can carry different supplier rules.
