I really enjoyed my stay at Once Pattaya. The host communicated very well and gave clear instructions. She checked up on me nearly everyday to make sure everything was ok. The unit was very clean and modern. A huge plus was actually having really hot water in the shower which isn’t easy to find in Pattaya. The condo building is very modern with great amenities. 7/11 right across the street is very convenient.

When I arrived to the apartment there were no toilet paper and a soap in kitchen nor bathroom. I told that to the owner/the person who manages the property, and he told me that there is 7/11 next to me and I shoud go and buy. The room was ok.

we Stayed 2nd time with the same host, very responsive, room is nice and great impressive pool condo is super clean and feels very beautiful. overall nice accommodation to choose us coming for a nice vacation.

Great condo in a great location. Terminal 21 is easy to get to on foot, and you can also reach the city centre quickly. Particularly noteworthy are the gym and the swimming pool on the top floor.
