The best part of this condo was the breathtaking view right outside the window. From the moment I arrived, I was instantly drawn to the scenery—it made the entire stay feel special and unforgettable. The host was also incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, the space was spotless and very well maintained, making it even more comfortable to stay.

We really loved the place - picturesque sea view, perfect sunsets and sunrises, really nice and stylish apartment with lots of beautiful details, felt like home to us. The location is great, 7-11 nearby and delicious restaurant in the next building. Great rooftop garden and rooftop pool views, amazing hall. Great host

The view was way better than I expected. I normally stay at Grande Centre Points at Terminal21 but I'd rather stay here since the view is better as it has both sea view + city view plus the swimming pool is amazing. You can watch the sunset from the room as well. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked fine and quiet. The only downside is you get only one key so you are basically locked inside the room and can't go to the pool or outside of the building if the other person took the key. Also bring your own handwash/slippers as they are not provided. Overall I really enjoyed staying at the host's place and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Pattaya.

This condo is in an amazing location. It’s away from the noisy nightlife, so it’s quiet and peaceful. When you look out the window in the morning, you can see the beautiful Pattaya ocean stretching out in the distance. There’s also Pattaya 3rd Rd nearby, with all the conveniences Korean travelers love. My favorite Mookata place is just a 10-minute walk away. And most importantly, the host checks in often to make sure you arrive safely and feel comfortable throughout your stay. I’ve never met her in person, but I’m sure she must be incredibly lovely. I highly recommend this place.

My stay at Once Condo was absolutely amazing! The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and packed with luxury amenities that made me feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Overall, I loved every moment of my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and exceptional hospitality!
